Shipping policy

Once an order has been placed, please allow 2–4 business days for processing. Processing times may vary if there are any complications with the order.

Please note: You will not receive updates while your order is being processed. Once processing is complete, tracking information will be sent to you via email.

Regular Orders: Arrive within 3-5 business days after processing.

Custom Orders: May take 6-10 business days to arrive.

Ready To Ship / Hair On Hand items can be found under the “Ready To Ship” tab. These products are in stock and available for local pickup, delivery, or immediate shipment. Orders placed before 1 PM EST will ship the same day. For overnight delivery, please contact us directly to arrange express shipping.

After an order is in the hands of shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packaging. Please contact your local post office if you do encounter any problems.

Please make sure your address is correct at check out, as we are not responsible for making sure this is correct. We are not responsible if your package is shipped to the wrong address. If package is return, you are responsible for paying the shipping fee again.

International Shipping

3–6 business days via DHL or UPS. Shipping is calculated at checkout.

Please allow an additional 5 business days for processing of international orders.
